(Lafayette, La.) – Louisiana advertising agency BBR is the winner of a Gold Stevie Award in the Fastest Growing Business of the Year category at the 13th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business. BBR partner and Chief Creative Officer Cathi Pavy accepted the award at a gala event in New York City on Friday, November 18.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are the world’s preeminent business awards for female entrepreneurs, executives, employees and the organizations they run. More than 1,400 entries from 22 countries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year and Fastest Growing. The top scoring entry in each category receives the Gold Stevie award.
BBR has grown substantially in recent years, doubling its staff, tripling its billing and adding a second office in Baton Rouge, La. In 2016, the agency was named to the Inc. 5000 List of the Fastest Growing Private Companies. Now with 29 full-time employees, BBR is poised for further growth throughout the region.
