Challenge

In 2014, TABASCO® had a large list of brand loyal customers and over 2,500 SKUs of TABASCO® branded products ready to sell through their online store — but no real strategy for reaching customers regularly and enticing them to buy.

Solution

BBR developed and implemented an annual, recurring direct-to-consumer marketing plan to engage and convert customers, increasing online revenue especially during the Q4 holiday gifting season. The primary channel was email marketing combined with social media advertising. BBR supported this effort for seven years with numerous successful new product launches, ongoing promotional offers and holiday campaigns.
