In 2014, TABASCO® had a large list of brand loyal customers and over 2,500 SKUs of TABASCO® branded products ready to sell through their online store — but no real strategy for reaching customers regularly and enticing them to buy.
BBR developed and implemented an annual, recurring direct-to-consumer marketing plan to engage and convert customers, increasing online revenue especially during the Q4 holiday gifting season. The primary channel was email marketing combined with social media advertising.
