BBR Announces Two New Hires

(LAFAYETTE, La.) – BBR Creative is pleased to welcome new employees Lizzie Viera and Lauren Dooley.

“Thanks to their technical knowledge and business experience, Lizzie and Lauren have brought a great deal of skill and know-how to BBR,” said Daniel Kedinger, vice president of product development for the agency. “They’ve been valuable additions to our team.”

Project Manager Lizzie Viera is responsible for managing resources, schedules and production for client projects. Working closely with account executives, Viera helps to organize resources, create workflows, assign production tasks and provide other support as needed. She plays a vital role in making sure projects are completed on time and on budget and meet the agency’s standards for quality.

Viera obtained a master of business administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2016 and brings valuable experience in business development, management, marketing and hospitality. Prior to joining BBR she worked for Acadiana Food Hub, a local nonprofit organization supporting start-up food businesses. She also holds a bachelor of science degree in nutritional sciences and is trained in dietetics.

As a digital marketing technologist for BBR, Lauren Dooley oversees campaign tracking and reporting for the agency’s clients. She works closely with the project team to implement, manage and optimize all digital advertising efforts. Her specialty is evaluating metrics from various data sources in order to develop actionable insights.

A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Dooley has experience managing paid search, contextual and retargeting campaigns as well as working with Google analytics data and other online lead generation tactics. She is certified in Google AdWord Fundamentals, Google Search Ads and Google Analytics; she’s also Hubspot-certified in inbound marketing techniques. And thanks to her efforts, BBR is now an official Google Partner.
