Falcon Family Holiday Recipe

Tis’ the season to gather the family to the table and indulge in delicious Cajun meals. Here in southern Louisiana, there is one ingredient that you cannot do without, Cajun Country Rice, 100% Louisiana grown. The Falcon family would like to share one of their favorite holiday recipes, a Crawfish Rice Dressing. This dressing is the perfect addition to your existing dishes, replacing or complementing the traditional cornbread dressing.

“This crawfish rice dressing is a wonderful Cajun recipe, passed down in our family from mother to daughter,” said Christine Fulton, Falcon Rice Mill’s Financial Manager and third-generation family member. “As a busy mother of five, this is my go-to dish for a holiday dinner or an ordinary weeknight. It is easy to make and everyone loves it!”

Available in medium and long grain, brown, jasmine and popcorn, Cajun Country is a product of the FALCON Rice Mill. Founded in 1942, this family-owned and operated business produces rice that is 100% Louisiana grown. Located in Crowley, Louisiana, FALCON also produces TORO, Laredo, Home Country and Jackpot.
