BBR has a wide variety of clients, which makes my job so interesting as I get to learn about the details of different industries. One of the most inspirational clients I have had the pleasure to work with over the course of this past year is The Arc of Acadiana. Executive Director, Kenny Patton, and Operations Director, Cindy Leleux, and their staff have worked tirelessly for over 20 years to build one of the most successful non-profits in the state. (more…)

In February of 2011, BBR Creative began working with St. Thomas More High School (STM) to help guide and implement a complete brand overhaul and revitalization for the school. As proud alums, Mallory (2002) and I (1987) were extremely excited (and honestly, a little nervous) to participate in such an important milestone in the school’s history. (more...)

Five years after I realized kinesiology was not the major for me and becoming a physical therapist was not going to fulfill my creative and strategic needs, I was fortunate enough to work for BBR.

The most interesting part of my job is meeting entrepreneurs who have founded interesting companies. It never ceases to amaze me how many different, interesting businesses we have here in Acadiana. Many of them have a pretty low profile and the average citizen does not even know they exist, particularly if they are business-to-business type organizations, and do not serve the average consumer.
If we’ve done our job right (and I believe we have) then you all are aware that Our Lady of Lourdes moved from its St. Landry location to their new state-of-the-art hospital on Ambassador Caffery on June 25, 2011. (more…)
As a lifelong Louisiana resident, I have this unfortunate tendency to gaze right through the inherently amazing. Festivals come and go while Cajun and Zydeco music echoes through my neighborhood on a near daily basis. I’m not immune to it all. Heck, I’m a great dancer. It’s just that I just don’t stop to consider its role in my community all that often. (more…)
